8 Week Strength Circuit - Complete Package
This package includes of the single kettlebell strength circuit program, the single/doubles program, as well as the kettlebell and barbell strength circuit program! This package includes 24 weeks of training! It ranges from the Spartan single kettlebell program to the more advanced kettlebell and barbell hybrid training.

Strength circuits allow you to build muscle, develop strength, burn calories, and hone technique, all in a single workout. This 8 week program includes video examples of all movements and a schedule of 40 full body workouts. There are options to use the program either 4 or 5 days per week. This program is full body training that will harden your body and toughen your mind.
Required Equipment: One moderate kettlebell single. One moderate kettlebell pair. One barbell with moderate weights and a rack for the ability to squat with the barbell.
